The following Rules and Regulations will be enforced to
ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Anyone in violation of
these rules will be asked to leave the property.
- Use of cottages, contents and equipment
The cottages are clean and well maintained. Guests are asked to treat
the cottages, contents and equipment as if they were their own. Please
be reminded that we expect the cottages to be left as they are found.
Extra will be charged for any excessive abuse or destruction.
- Check-in and Check-out times
Check-in time is from 2:30pm to 5:30pm.
Check-out time is at 10:00am.
- Water
Bottled water is to be used for drinking.
- Parking
There are two parking spots available for each cottage. For each additional
car there will be a charge of $10.00 per day, or $30.00 per week.
- Visitors
No overnight or daily visitors without management approval.
A fee of $50.00 per person, per night will be charged for additional
occupants, a max of two additional guests per cottage.
- Children
Children are welcome guests and a playground is provided for their enjoyment.
We must remind parents and guardians that children must be supervised
at all times.
- Dogs
Small dogs are permitted on the premises for an extra charge of $45.00 per
week. Large dogs (example - German Shepherds, Labs, Golden Retrievers) for an extra charge of $75.00 per week. Dogs should be kept on a leash at all times.
- Ball Games
Baseball, Football and Soccer games are not permitted.
- Excessive Noise
Excessive noise, loud stereos, all day and all night partying are not
permitted.
- Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages. Smoke alarms are never
to be disconnected.
- Campfire
The campfire pit is only to be used with the permission from management
as dry conditions may result in area fire bans. The campfire must be
extinguished by 11pm.
- Beach Area
Please take personal items only.
Cottage chairs are not to be taken to the beach.
